Shipping policy

Shipments.

The User acknowledges and accepts that his order will be processed immediately after the click on "Finish the Order" in the "Billing and Payment" section, and will be delivered through the express courier service.

The delivery will be made at the address indicated by the User at the time of check out, and will be delivered to any responsible person and adult who is at home at the time of delivery, for which the signature of the guide of the carrier will suffice. Includes for residential units or buildings with doorman service, reception and signature of the doorman.

Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule and in case no one is at home, the courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. In case you cannot make the delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
