Refund policy
Returns for factory defects or within warranty.
The User may return to Grupo Mexicano LLC without any cost, any product purchased on the Site and that presents any defect that: (i) makes it unfit for the use to which it is usually intended, (ii) decreases its quality or the possibility of its use, or (iii) does not provide the assurance that, given its nature, is normally expected from it and its reasonable use, and that it is within the warranty period.
Taking into account the origin of the contracted products, the User will have a period of 7 days, from the date on which he receives the products, to inform Grupo Mexicano LLC about his dissatisfaction with them. Grupo Mexicano LLC shall not be liable in the event that this time limit is exceeded.
The return of products with factory defects will not have any additional cost for the User.
In order to formalize the return, the User must contact Grupo Mexicano LLC within the allotted period of 7 days, through the email admin@grupomexicanomx.com, identifying the product or products subject to the return, attaching a photograph or video showing the defects and a detailed report of the defects found in them.
Once Grupo Mexicano LLC receives the documentation and tests from the User, it will inform you within 3 to 5 working days whether or not to proceed with the return of the product.
In case of return, Grupo Mexicano LLC will tell the User how to deliver or send the defective product to its offices/warehouses.
Each returned product must be unused, have all of its original labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation, parts and accessories that come with it. In case the User does not proceed in this way, Grupo Mexicano LLC reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects evaluated, Grupo Mexicano LLC will give the User the possibility to exchange the product for an equal product, provided that the inventory of the store allows it. A different product, but of the same value. For a higher price product, where the customer can settle the missing quantity.
In the event that for reasons of lack of inventory it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose between rescinding the contract (ie, the return of the paid amounts) or request the submission of another model that he voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with the same characteristics or the new model chosen by the User, as appropriate, will be made through a messaging service, from the date on which Grupo Mexicano LLC confirms with the User the change of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The change, the sending of a new model or the termination of contract, will not imply additional costs for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, Grupo Mexicano LLC will refund the total value of the amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs). The refund will be made with the same method of payment of your order.
Grupo Mexicano LLC informs Users that the term of the refund of the paid amounts will depend on the payment method used by the User at the time of purchasing the product:
- If the User made the payment by credit/debit card, Grupo Mexicano LLC will refund the amount paid within 14 working days, from the moment the User has contacted Grupo Mexicano LLC and both parties agree to the termination. (Subject to availability of the bank responsible for the return)
- If the User made the payment through PayPal, Grupo Mexicano LLC will refund the amount paid within 24 to 48 business hours, from the moment the User has contacted Grupo Mexicano LLC and both parties agree to the termination of the contract. (Subject to PayPal availability)
